SHIPPING & DELIVERING POLICIES

Processing Time for Retail Customers

Typical Processing Duration: 1-2 Business Days

Our goal is to dispatch all orders within one business day. However, during peak periods, it may take up to two business days to ship your order.

Please note that we do not handle orders during weekends or on holidays. It's important to keep in mind that this processing timeframe excludes the transit period, which is determined by the shipping method you select. You can check the transit times provided by FedEx and USPS below.

Expedited Shipping Policy

We offer expedited shipping services through multiple carriers. These expedited shipping choices are accessible during the checkout process.

It's important to note that Trnity cannot guarantee these shipping estimates, as we have no control over the actual delivery timeframes determined by the carriers. Consequently, we lack recourse and are unable to initiate refund requests with the carriers for delays in item delivery. As a result, we regretfully cannot entertain requests for shipping charge refunds in cases where orders do not arrive within the estimated delivery window.
